The Stainzerbauer provides its guests with many opportunities to indulge in superb pleasures of the table: The three-course set meal lunch with special service: You receive the latest menu for the week by e-mail every Monday after registering as a lunch lover on our website. This is a great way to whet your appetite and look forward to your meals.
”Those were the days of dining”: The classics of the table are a Stainzerbauer-speciality. Main course dishes with a place of honour each day of the week. Monday is beuscherl day – featuring a superb variety of the hearty traditional Austrian hash - and Saturday brings the revelation of Ochsenschlepp vom Almo – the celebrated house speciality of slow cooked oxtail in red wine with spices, pumpkin polenta and vegetables.
And of course there is nothing more natural than to eat la carte at the Stainzerbauer. Chef Werner Wiener always varies the meals he prepares to complement the season. This is why our menu is so absorbing to read bringing many delightful surprises.
