When it is a matter of wine then our restaurant manager Peter Weinhofer is not only your host, but your adviser. He has put together a wine cellar, ranking as one of the best sorted in Graz, with a great love of detail over the past few years. True to his experience, he has gathered and presents great vintners previously unknown to a wider public. The fruit of this work has been the putting together of rarities that can only be found in this form in the Stainzerbauer cellars.
